Life Design Action: Break Your Groove Grr
Requires: A Groove Marathon (see below the below bit)
Does not require: 1960s flower power.
(Why is it that sometimes Doing What You Should Do is so easy? And why is it that other times Doing What You Know You Should Do is so hard? Sometimes you are frolicking and splashing in a beautiful pool of chlorinated Doingness shouting “woo-hoo! I’m doing it!”, then other times you are sitting on the edge of the pool wishing you could jump in yet are glued to the side getting goose-bumps. What is this annoying Not Doing What We Want To thing? And how can we break it?)
Life Design Attitude: Like loves Like
Have you ever heard of the idea that “like attracts like” – that we are constantly attracting things that match our energetic vibration? I’ve been aware of this for a long time and in the past have attempted to consciously shift my energy in order to attract in what I wanted. For me the breakthrough came when I stopped trying to change my energy, but instead tapped into my true energy – my gorgeousness. By focusing on growing this unique me-ness, I started to experience increasing amounts of synchronicity and “coincidence”. Over time my energy has become powerfully aligned with what I want to create, hence why what happens is generally good.
(Except when I accidentally hit a Rahh Wave and then attract more Rahh Waves and eventually a Tidal Rahh Wave. At which point, I usually remember that Like Attracts Like and make a concerted inner peace effort. Don’t judge.)
Life Design Action: Find a role model who suits your need then mimic her moves exactly
Requires: Stealth, a watchful eye and ability to coordinate your movements with another
(Role models are the ultimate shiz. As children, our mothers and fathers and other influential adults serve to sculpt our beliefs as to what is possible about the world. These beliefs are what then allow us to push through to greater things or remain limited through playing small. Before Rodger Bannister ran the 4 minute mile, doctors and scientists suggested that such a feat was humanly impossible. They went as far as to say that the human body would not survive the challenge. However, once Bannister smashed the four minute mile, people hitting that same time All Over The Globe. Why? Once Bannister showed it was possible, the human mind believed it was possible and people aimed for the goal and hit it. Bannister was a role model and role models create internal models which can then be manifested.)

IDEA ABOUT IDEAS ONE
I believe that our lives are enriched or depleted by the quality of ideas that we let into our mind.
Naughty N told me today (and I know she won’t mind me sharing this) that Spouser should most certainly be treating her like an utter princess. After all they have been married for over twelve years (I think?) and she hath bore him a tribe of sprogs. So she told him her idea.
Spouser said, “give me some ideas on how this can be achieved.”
So we made a list for him
