Re-Connect to Sanity

Ever feel that your life has become too wild, thrashing, demanding and chaotic?

Here are a few ways to return to simple nature and bring more balance into your life …

• Go outside into nature and collect wood. If you are near a beach, find driftwood. If not, bring home some branches and display them in a vase. Make time to polish wooden furniture and enrich it with nourishing oils.

• Spend a day drinking only water and herb teas.

• Dedicate some time to nurturing your plants, cleaning the dust off their leaves and watering them. Go to a garden centre and buy some bulbs of the season and brighten your window sills.

• Clear out the cobwebs in the corners of your rooms. Now light some candles with the intention to illuminate and burn away any old energies, making space for the new.
